The location of the property was absolutely mind-blowing! It was right in the center of the village, making it super convenient to walk around. The apartment itself was jaw-droppingly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having a kitchen with all the cookware and utensils I needed, and the electric kettle was a nice touch. The fact that there was tea and coffee available was a pleasant surprise. Even though there was no parking for cars, the underground parking nearby for a small fee was a great solution. The building had such a cozy and nostalgic vibe with its thick walls, adding to the overall charm. For a single person or young couple, this place is an absolute gem for a weekend getaway. The price was unbeatable when compared to a hotel. The modern appliances, flat-screen TV, and neat setup made the apartment feel like a home away from home. The size of the shower was impressive compared to other places I've stayed. this well-equipped and comfortable apartment provided the perfect base for exploring the city.

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and close to bars and restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and had a cozy feel to it. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The cleanliness of the place could have been better. The cleaning lady seemed rushed and there were a few areas that were not cleaned thoroughly.

I recently stayed at Guest Vip in Annecy for 5 nights. The location was perfect, with a wide range of bars, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep. The room was beautifully finished, with high-quality appliances and lovely original timber beams that added an authentic feel. We appreciated the ability to self-cater comfortably and the well-equipped modern apartment. The coffee machine and pods were a nice touch, and the shower was spacious compared to others.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
